Jolliff and Azekel are two Black trans people with multiple disabilities who have recently been suffering from extremely ill health. Together they run Black Trans Foundation which has helped many Black Trans people access gender affirming and racially affirming therapy in the UK.
Money raised will be used for motorised wheelchairs, full-time care, diagnosis, secure housing, medical appointments, food, medications and other care costs.

“We know this is a high goal. But working on the front lines of Black trans survival in the United Kingdom has had a profound cost on the bodies and wellbeing of our comrades. We are now asking the community to help us look after them as they have looked after others.”
